I watched this show tonight because a short while back someone said it
was funny, and there was nothing else on that looked good.

I laughed four times and smirked three times.  That's a very low score
for a cartoon; even Scooby Doo, which I despise, would probably score
better.  (I'm unsure about that though, because I haven't been able to
watch Scooby Doo in over 20 years.)

I like the baby.  The dog is OK too.  Why does everyone have shaved
scrotums for chins?

This show tries too hard for its humor, and fails.  I do not plan to
watch it again.

OK, that's all.  Gotta go now; "Billy Madison" is on.  I plan to laugh
about six times, smirk 10 times, and ogle the pretty teacher every time
she is on screen.  Oh, and the giant penguin is funny too, though the
bloody clown is dumb.
